There are real estate “experts”
everywhere, however,
there is only one long term answer and that is
that you need to become your own expert. This
takes, above anything else,
experience.

Einstein said “Experience is
knowledge, everything else is just information” - the important
lessons in life are difficult to teach, but they need to be
learned.
We've learned much from dealing in
real estate, developing residential, industrial, commercial and
retail property and we have made our share of mistakes. This
experience is available to you.

You will be dealing with a company whose
principals have unequalled professional
experience in
their field.
The controlling shareholder and Managing
Director graduated as a Bachelor of
Economics from Sydney University
and qualified as an Accountant at the same
time. Then followed almost 20 years in
stock-broking, initially in the Research
department and progressing through arbitrage,
futures, clients advising, charting,
institutional dealing and finally underwriting.
These stages built an intimate knowledge of
investing and speculating in shares, options
and derivatives and involved raising many
millions of dollars for a number of mining
& property groups and promoting three
substantial market takeovers.
Following the acquisition of a controlling
interest in a small public company all activity
revolved around property, buying, planning and
developing sites through controlled corporate
entities or in joint ventures with publicly
listed companies.
As a principal and/or through these associated
corporate entities, the company has been
involved in property development since
incorporation in 1970, identifying, analysing,
negotiating, acquiring, developing,
constructing, managing and marketing
residential subdivisions, industrial
subdivisions, residential apartment buildings,
shopping centres and commercial office
